1. Preparation of the wall.
●Make sure that the strength of the wall is suitable for construction.The wall with low water-absorption such as wood and plastic can be fastened by wire.
Before construction the wall should be kept from impurities, and the surface should be rough.
●One day before construction wet the wall with water,then wet it again before construction.
2. Preparation of the products.
●Scrabble up the stone to view the paving effect before construction,adjust the proportion and aesthetics among the stones. For example,the small stone is beside the big one, and the accidented one together with the smooth one, the thick one together with the thin one.
3. Preparation of adhesive.
●Suggest to use our company’s adhesive.If you use the mortar, mixing proportion of cement,sand and water is 1:1:0.4. Use portland cement or silicon cement,with clean sand whose diameter is less than 2mm. Pave the mortar on the wall evenly,prevent the mortar from concretion before paving,around 0.5m2-1m2 should be applied each time and the thickness should be around 2mm-3mm.Then pave the mortar on the back of the tiles hill-likeness,the thickness should be 4mm-6mm.
4. Pave
●Pave the corner brick first, then pave the flat brick from the edge to the middle. Adjust the color and shape of the bricks. Then press the bricks fully, make the redundant cement out from the edge of the bricks.
5. Adjust size of the brick
●In order to keep the perfect effect of the whole wall,you can cut the stone as you need.
6. Gap filler.
●Suggest to fill the seam like “工”,the width of filler should be 8mm-10mm. Regarding to the abnormity products,the width of filler should be less than 20mm.
●It is better to use our company’s wide gap filler.
●The gap filler could be tightly pressed and adjusted when it is in the available condition(water absorption is about 13%,when it is less than 13%,it is not easy to adjust, while it is more than 13%,it is not easy to press tightly).
●The time for concretion is different for the wall and weather condition. Use club-shaped things to remove the redundant gap filler, clean up the impurities on the surface of the joint sealing materials via the hairbrush as well as the contaminative surface of the finishing material through clean cloth.
7. Caution note.
●Never conduct the construction in case that the temperature is below 5℃.
●Never conduct in the sun,unless there are sun-proof sheds.
●Make sure the wall is suitable for construction.If the wall is too dry,it would absorb moisture from cement and adhesive,which leads the bricks easy to fall off.
